The bottle showed up warm, and the box was beat up. Once I tried it, it tasted stale and flat. Disappointing.

I was ready to place an order, but the prices were noticeably higher than a few other places I checked for the exact same bottles. At that point, it just didn’t really make sense to buy from here. Has anyone else noticed the same thing with their pricing? I probably won’t be ordering again unless they become more competitive.

I got this for our birthday/anniversary night and everyone really loved it. It turned out nice overall, though I did feel a little dismissed when I had questions about it beforehand. Still, it ended up being a good choice for the occasion.

For such a big champagne brand, I expected something more transparent and convincing. Instead, it felt like sustainability was treated as a nice extra talking point rather than a serious priority, which was disappointing...

Picked up a bottle of Mumm for a small dinner, it went down well. It was crisp, a little toasty, and not overly sweet, which is exactly what I was hoping for. Getting it chilled properly and opened without making a whole production out of it felt like more effort than I wanted, but that’s probably just me being impatient.

The only thing keeping it from a full 5 stars is that the finish started to feel a bit sharp after a couple glasses. Still, it’s a really nice champagne overall, and I’d buy it again if I’m in the mood to deal with the extra fuss.
